Frequently asked Questions (FAQ)

FAQ

1. What is TrichoEDU?

TrichoEDU is a professional education platform built for beauty and wellness professionals who want to go deeper than surface-level hair care. We teach you how to read the scalp, understand the body behind the hair loss, and build a profitable practice around the clients nobody else knows how to help.

This is not just education. It is a complete business transformation — with the science, the systems, and the support to back it up.

2. Who is this for?

If you work with hair, skin, or wellness and you want to offer something that genuinely changes your clients' lives — you are in the right place.

TrichoEDU students include hairstylists, head spa professionals, estheticians, naturopaths, and health coaches. What they all have in common is this: they kept meeting clients with hair loss questions they could not answer and they decided to change that.

3. Do I need a cosmetology license to enroll?

No. Most of our students are licensed professionals but a license is not required to get started. Our foundational courses are open to anyone with a genuine passion for hair and scalp health. If you are exploring advanced programs like the Trichology Certification, we will walk you through exactly what you need, just reach out and we will point you in the right direction.

4. What is the difference between Scalp Lab and The Hair Loss Practice?

Think of them as two steps on the same path.

Scalp Lab $1,250. You will learn how to identify every scalp type, understand what you are seeing, build treatment plans, and turn scalp services into a real recurring revenue stream. It is hands-on, practical, and designed to get you working with clients right away.

The Hair Loss Practice — $7,199 This is the full transformation. Forty-five modules covering every form of hair loss, advanced dermascope skills, nutrition, hormones, gut health, autoimmune connections, business systems, and a nationally recognized Trichologist Certification. This is for the professional who is ready to build something significant.

Many students start with Scalp Lab and move into The Hair Loss Practice when they are ready to go all in.

5. Are the courses live or self-paced?

All TrichoEDU courses are fully self-paced so you can learn between clients, on your days off, or at 11pm when the house is quiet. You will never fall behind because there is no behind.

You also get access to one to two live monthly advanced classes and Q&A sessions, a private student community, and ongoing support long after you finish the course material.

6. How long do I have access?

Forever. Lifetime access means exactly that. The course materials, updates, recorded sessions, PDF handouts, and any new content added along the way are yours to keep. Come back a year later to review a module before a tricky client appointment. We will still be here.

7. Will I receive a certificate?

Yes. Upon completion of the Trichology Certification you receive national board recognition that reflects both science-backed education and a holistic, naturopathic approach to hair and scalp health. This is not just a downloadable badge. It is a credential that tells doctors, dermatologists, and clients that you are the real thing.

Every course also includes a completion certificate you can display in your studio, share on social media, or add to your professional bio.

8. Do you teach the business side too?

This is one of the things that makes TrichoEDU different from every other trichology program out there.

We do not just teach you the science and send you home. We teach you how to run a hair loss practice & how to price and package your services, how to have the consultation conversation with confidence, how to rebook and retain clients, how to position yourself as the expert in your area, and how to build an income that reflects the value of what you now know.

Students of The Hair Loss Practice have gone from zero hair loss income to over $40,000 a month. That does not happen from science alone. It happens when science meets strategy.

9. What kind of support do I get after I finish?

TrichoEDU is not a one-and-done program. When you enroll you join a community of professionals who are building the same thing you are and you get ongoing access to monthly G.A.P. sessions. G.A.P. stands for Grow, Answer, Progress. These are live coaching calls where you can bring real client cases, ask business questions, and keep growing long after the coursework is complete.

You will not be left alone after you are certified. That is a promise.

10. I am already a certified trichologist. Do you have anything for me?

Yes. If you are already certified but want to go further whether that means more advanced services, stronger business systems, or specialty training in areas like GLP-1 related hair loss or autoimmune conditions, we have continuing education and advanced modules designed specifically for you.

Email info@trichoedu.com and we will figure out exactly where you are and what would serve you most.

11. How do I enroll?

Head to our courses page, choose the program that is right for where you are right now, and you will have instant access to the online portal and your student materials the moment you register.

If you are not sure which program is the right starting point, reach out. We would rather help you find the right fit than have you guess.

The right education changes everything. We have watched it happen hundreds of times. We would love to watch it happen for you.
